For products that are purchased from countries OUTSIDE Australia, we will ship them with EXPRESS SHIPPING through UPS.

After processing the order (1-5 days), you will receive tracking and delivery should be within 10-12 days worldwide.

If within Australia, your orders are shipped through Aus Post, Sendle or TNT and delivery should be within 10-14 days.

We take care of all the import taxes, customs fees and local delivery.

If for some reason you do receive a bill or invoice, just forward that to us and we will deal with it.
